They have 3 game fishing boats named Marlin Queen, Popeye and Strike Time, that cater for all requirements, skill levels and interests. For more details please refer to the chart below. Depending on the type of charter you want to take and the amount of pax going, this would best determine which craft you depart on.
Your on board crew members include the Captain Teokotai Ioapa who is well known for making his own lures that guarantee catching the ‘Big Ones’ and along side him Tom Vea, Brett Koekemoer and Johnny George all skilled and experienced in all things fishing. They are there to promise you a great day out on the water and also your safety whilst on board.
The sea life here is abundant and your target species mainly include Yellowfin Tuna (know locally as A’ai) or Skipjack Tuna (Au’opo), Mahimahi, Wahoo (Pa’ara) and Blue Marlin (Akura). During July - October months you may also spot some whales. Marlin Queen adopt a share catch policy, therefore all anglers get a portion of fish to enjoy.
Charters operate daily in almost any weather condition and last approximately 5—8 hours at least. The half day charters you have a choice of either a 7am or 1pm departure and all full day charters depart at 7am.
Rates include breakfast or lunch, bottled water, fishing equipment including Shimano fishing gear, baits, soft baits, lures etc, safety gear and toilet facilities.
Child Policy: Children of any age are welcome as long as they are supervised by an adult. But if unaccompanied by an adult, must be over 12 years and have parents permission. Infants under 3 years are free of charge.
Cancellations outside of 15 days - No cancellation fees apply
Cancellations within 14 to 3 days before arrival - 50% of booking charged
Cancellations within 48 hours before arrival - 100% of booking charged.
Cancellations due to weather - option to rebook to another date or full refund.
